Early in 2025, over a few months, Vanguard provided Cwm Taf Morgannwg UHB with four operating theatres, two wards and an endoscopy complex, in support of their extensive refurbishment.
This project, completed at Royal Glamorgan Hospital, provides a great example of how the capability to provide relocatable and modular-built facilities, at pace, makes Vanguard uniquely capable of meeting healthcare providers' needs for additional or alternative clinical capacity.
The relocatable theatres are seamlessly integrated with the modular-build wards, and the endoscopy complex provides for the full patient pathway and scope sterilisation, under one roof.
