We are delighted to announce that Vanguard Healthcare Solutions has been successfully appointed as a supplier on the NHS Commercial Solutions (NHSCS) Framework for Modular & Prefabricated Building Solutions and Associated Services. This appointment underlines our commitment and capability to deliver high-quality, agile infrastructure solutions for the NHS.

A major opportunity

The NHSCS Framework is valued at £1 billion over its four-year term and is designed to support the delivery of both temporary and permanent modular buildings across healthcare, education, housing and other public sector settings.

The framework is organised into three key Lots:

  • Lot 1: Consultancy services (planning, surveying
  • Lot 2: Modular & prefabricated building works - covering design, manufacture, supply, installation and maintenance
  • Lot 3: Managed services - delivery of medical equipment, IT infrastructure, staffing

Vanguard has secured places across Lot 2 and Lot 3, marking our eligibility to support major capital-investment projects for NHS trusts and partner organisations.

Why this matters

For the NHS and wider public sector, this framework improves speed, flexibility and value for money in infrastructure delivery. For our clients it means you will have access to a trusted supplier who:

  • Already meets the robust governance, technical and sustainability criteria required for inclusion on the framework
  • Has proven experience in healthcare settings and understands the clinical and non-clinical needs of projects
  • Can mobilise rapidly and work collaboratively across phases of design, installation and follow-on services

In short: we are ready to deliver.

Vanguard’s credentials

Our inclusion on this framework reflects our track record of delivering across the full lifecycle of built-environment solutions in healthcare. Working with NHS trusts, private providers and partner suppliers, we bring together:

  • Strategic consultancy and early-stage planning
  • Modular building delivery and installation tailored for clinical environments
  • Managed services including medical equipment, IT systems and integrated commissioning
  • A strong emphasis on sustainability, compliance and operational performance

This positions us as a credible, experienced supplier for the NHS and enables us to engage with large-scale programmes that demand flexibility, speed and reliability.

What it means for our clients

For our existing and prospective NHS clients, this appointment offers several direct benefits:

  • Access to framework-approved pricing and routes to contract - accelerating procurement and reducing risk
  • Confidence that our solutions meet the rigorous requirements defined by NHSCS for the public sector
  • The ability to scale and adapt modular solutions for fast-track delivery, whether for expansion, refurbishment or new build
  • Integrated service provision that bridges buildings, equipment, IT and operational readiness

We look forward to partnering with you to turn strategic estates ambitions into reality.
