Mark is responsible for leading the strategic development and operational delivery of Vanguard’s modular healthcare division. He has a proven record of building and scaling high-performing teams and facilities across the UK. Before joining Vanguard, he held senior leadership roles within the modular industry delivering in the residential, educational. commercial and healthcare sectors, driving transformation, efficiency, and sustainable growth. 

Mark is passionate about using modern methods of construction to enhance healthcare delivery, combining innovation, quality, and speed to create safe, flexible, and compliant clinical environments. His focus is on strengthening Vanguard’s modular capability and offering to expand capacity and improve patient outcomes, supporting healthcare providers with adaptable infrastructure that meets today’s needs and tomorrow’s challenges.
