Graham was appointed Chair of Vanguard Healthcare Solutions in July 2021 and currently also serves as Chief Executive Officer. He brings extensive strategic and operational leadership experience gained across healthcare delivery, digital transformation, and corporate governance. 

With a background as both a clinician and senior executive, Graham has led major NHS organisations and held board-level roles across healthcare, technology, and infrastructure sectors. His work has focused on driving system-wide improvement, innovation, and the integration of health services with enabling technologies. 

As Chair and CEO, Graham provides strategic direction and oversight to ensure Vanguard continues to deliver high-quality, flexible healthcare solutions. He is passionate about supporting sustainable growth, fostering innovation, and strengthening Vanguard’s partnerships across the healthcare sector to enhance patient outcomes and operational excellence.
