{"id":8473,"date":"2026-05-14T15:27:10","date_gmt":"2026-05-14T15:27:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.vanguardhealthcare.co.uk\/?post_type=careers&#038;p=8473"},"modified":"2026-05-14T15:27:10","modified_gmt":"2026-05-14T15:27:10","slug":"procurement-supply-chain-apprentice","status":"publish","type":"careers","link":"https:\/\/www.vanguardhealthcare.co.uk\/ro_ro\/careers\/procurement-supply-chain-apprentice\/","title":{"rendered":"Ucenic Achizi\u021bii \u0219i Lan\u021b de Aprovizionare"},"content":{"rendered":"<\/p>\n<p><strong>The Opportunity<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic <strong>Procurement &amp; Supply Apprentice<\/strong> to join our team.<\/p>\n<p>This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in procurement and supply chain while working towards either a <strong>Level 3 or Level 4 apprenticeship qualification<\/strong>, depending on your experience and prior learning.<\/p>\n<p>You\u2019ll work closely with our Senior Buyer and wider procurement team, gaining exposure to real business operations and developing valuable commercial skills.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What You\u2019ll Be Doing<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>As part of your apprenticeship, you will:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Support the creation and processing of purchase orders<\/li>\n<li>Assist with sourcing goods and obtaining supplier quotes<\/li>\n<li>Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation<\/li>\n<li>Communicate with suppliers regarding orders and deliveries<\/li>\n<li>Track orders and follow up to ensure timely supply<\/li>\n<li>Support inventory and stock management processes<\/li>\n<li>Assist with contract administration and supplier performance<\/li>\n<li>Help resolve invoice queries with suppliers and internal teams<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to continuous improvement within procurement processes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This role offers a broad introduction to procurement and supply chain, with opportunities to gain experience across different areas of the business.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>About You<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We\u2019re open to candidates at different stages of their career journey.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Esen\u0163ial:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>GCSEs (or equivalent), including English and Maths at level 4 (grade c) minimum<\/li>\n<li>Interest in procurement, supply chain, or business operations<\/li>\n<li>Willingness to learn and develop<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>De dorit:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Strong organisational skills and attention to detail<\/li>\n<li>Good communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Basic IT skills (e.g. Microsoft Office)<\/li>\n<li>Prior procurement experience<\/li>\n<li>Previous work experience<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Apprenticeship Details<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You will be enrolled on either a <strong>Level 3 or Level 4 apprenticeship<\/strong>, depending on your experience<\/li>\n<li>The programme is expected to last approximately <strong>18 months<\/strong>, including End-Point Assessment<\/li>\n<li>You will receive structured training alongside on-the-job learning<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Contract &amp; Progression<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This role is offered on a <strong>fixed-term contract for the duration of the apprenticeship<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship and achievement of the qualification standard, there may be an opportunity to <strong>progress into a permanent role<\/strong>, subject to business needs and performance.<\/p>\n<p>Please note:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Continued employment is dependent on successful completion of the apprenticeship<\/li>\n<li>This role is designed as an early career development opportunity rather than a guaranteed permanent position<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Salary<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Salary will be <strong>competitive and aligned to National Minimum Wage<\/strong>, with consideration given to age, experience, and apprenticeship level.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Why Join Us?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Gain a recognised industry qualification (CIPS-aligned)<\/li>\n<li>Real-world experience in a growing, purpose-driven organisation<\/li>\n<li>Supportive team environment with structured development<\/li>\n<li>Opportunity to build a long-term career in procurement<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How to apply?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Apply online via the Government Apprenticeship Service via the link provided below.
