our Commercial Team, focused on developing strategic healthcare partnerships across the UK.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You'll\u00a0build and develop relationships at C-suite and Executive Board level within NHS organisations and Independent Hospital Groups, helping senior healthcare leaders explore how greater flexibility in their estates, capacity and clinical operating models can support their strategic\u00a0objectives.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Using Vanguard's existing relationships, market\u00a0intelligence\u00a0and evidence-led segmentation,\u00a0you'll\u00a0identify\u00a0and develop significant near and long-term opportunities that have the potential to become sustainable, high-value contracts delivering measurable outcomes value.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Position Vanguard as the partner of choice for healthcare organisations seeking innovative solutions to their capacity and infrastructure challenges.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Interpret healthcare strategy, policy,\u00a0funding\u00a0and client data to\u00a0identify\u00a0emerging opportunities and shape compelling propositions.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with Vanguard's sales specialists and subject matter experts to develop proposals, projects and programmes that respond to client requirements.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Lead early-stage opportunity development, including qualification, value\u00a0proposition\u00a0and win strategy, before ensuring an effective handover to specialist commercial colleagues.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate market and client intelligence across Vanguard's chosen markets, providing leadership and insight to the wider Commercial Team.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Work with Commercial Marketing to develop strategic engagement plans for priority clients and markets.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Build effective relationships with internal teams, external\u00a0partners\u00a0and Vanguard's assured supply chain to create differentiated client Healthcare Provider landscape.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>A proven\u00a0track record\u00a0in strategic business development and complex solution selling within healthcare.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>The confidence,\u00a0credibility\u00a0and gravitas to engage and influence at C-suite and Executive Director level.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>The ability to\u00a0identify\u00a0and create opportunities rather than simply respond to existing requirements.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Strong presentation, influencing and relationship-building skills.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>The ability to interpret healthcare strategy, policy,\u00a0funding\u00a0and client intelligence and translate this into commercial opportunities.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Experience contributing to opportunity qualification, value\u00a0propositions\u00a0and win strategies.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>A collaborative approach, with the ability to work effectively across specialist commercial,\u00a0clinical\u00a0and operational teams while also working independently.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Strong digital capability, including Microsoft 365 and an understanding of how AI can support effective ways of working.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>At least three years' experience in complex solution selling or strategic business development within healthcare.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p
