Brian joined Vanguard as the UK Operations Director in January 2018. He is responsible for the timely and cost-effective delivery of all UK projects and construction works, ensuring that they align with the company strategic objectives. Additionally, Brian oversees the engineering compliance and maintenance of all deployed facilities, ensuring their safety, efficiency, and functionality. Brian's wealth of knowledge and expertise has proved to be of immense value to Vanguard, enabling the company to deliver a range of successful projects while maintaining high operational standards.

Brian has more than 30 years of combined experience in engineering and site construction, as well as a decade of direct involvement in the healthcare sector. His NHS career began as a hospital engineer, where he gained valuable insights and expertise in managing complex engineering systems in healthcare environments. Brian then progressed to Head of Estates and was responsible for ensuring that the NHS estates were functional, safe, and met the needs of patients, staff, and visitors. Brian's success in his previous role led to a promotion to Director of Estates and Facilities.
