Vervolgens bezochten de verzorgers van de pati\u00ebnten het ziekenhuis om het voorgestelde traject te doorlopen en mogelijke triggers voor uitdagend gedrag en de risico&#039;s van dergelijk gedrag te identificeren.<\/p>\n<p>Er werd een plan gemaakt voor het beheersen van gedragsproblemen, inclusief het bewust maken van de beveiliging van de noodzaak om tijdens de opname onmiddellijk beschikbaar te zijn.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mogelijke problemen<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Aan het wachten<\/li>\n<li>Onbekende omgeving<\/li>\n<li>Onbekende mensen<\/li>\n<li>Nauw contact en interventies<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Het plan<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Er werd besloten om pati\u00ebnten tijdens opname te isoleren met behulp van Vanguard <a href=\"\/nl_nl\/facilities\/operating-theatres\/\">mobiel theater<\/a> voor behandeling met directe toegang tot de anesthesieruimte vanaf de parkeerplaats. Het was de bedoeling dat de inductie van de anesthesie voor twee opnames op de grond zou plaatsvinden op de eigen dekens van de pati\u00ebnt, omdat de pati\u00ebnten zich daar veiliger voelden. Schepbrancard gebruikt voor \u00e9\u00e9n opname en hover jack air-pati\u00ebntenlift voor de andere.<\/p>\n<p>Intraveneuze inductie van anesthesie in elk geval, waarbij de pati\u00ebnt veilig wordt vastgehouden. De operatie duurde 1 tot 2 uur en de pati\u00ebnten werden door het anesthesieteam in de anesthesiekamer hersteld.<\/p>\n<p>Eenmaal hersteld, werden pati\u00ebnten rechtstreeks naar hun eigen vervoer ontslagen, dat voor de deuren van het theater wachtte.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Resultaat<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Elke opname verliep ondanks aanvankelijke zorgen veilig en rustig. We waren van mening dat het gebruik van een Vanguard-theater en apparaten om deze bewusteloze pati\u00ebnten van de vloer te tillen nuttig waren bij het bereiken van een succesvol resultaat in potentieel uitdagende omstandigheden.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#160;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>Gepubliceerd met dank aan Consultant <\/em>Anesthesist<em>.
