Avant mars 2020, ces fiducies avaient r\u00e9ussi, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un certain nombre de mesures efficaces, \u00e0 r\u00e9duire \u00e0 moins de 200 le nombre de personnes attendant plus d\u2019un an pour une proc\u00e9dure facultative.<\/p>\n<p>Suite \u00e0 la fusion, et en raison du COVID-19 et de l&#039;annulation des proc\u00e9dures \u00e9lectives dans toutes les fiducies hospitali\u00e8res pendant la premi\u00e8re p\u00e9riode de confinement, la fiducie nouvellement cr\u00e9\u00e9e a vu les d\u00e9lais d&#039;attente augmenter \u00e0 nouveau et, en mars 2021, comptait plus de 8 500 personnes. qui attendaient leur intervention depuis plus d&#039;un an.<\/p>\n<p>Malgr\u00e9 l&#039;assouplissement des restrictions, ce nombre a commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 diminuer, mais le Trust a voulu faire tout son possible pour augmenter la capacit\u00e9. Une partie de ce travail est entreprise aux c\u00f4t\u00e9s de Vanguard Healthcare Solutions.<\/p>\n<p>Vanguard est la principale entreprise de technologie m\u00e9dicale du Royaume-Uni et propose une large gamme de solutions mobiles et modulaires aux prestataires de soins de sant\u00e9 pour les aider \u00e0 accro\u00eetre leur capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 fournir des soins essentiels aux patients.<\/p>\n<p>Pendant une p\u00e9riode initiale de six mois, Vanguard fournira trois solutions mobiles diff\u00e9rentes dans trois h\u00f4pitaux du Trust, prenant en charge diff\u00e9rentes disciplines. \u00c0 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mse.nhs.uk\/broomfield-hospital\/\">H\u00f4pital de Broomfield<\/a> un h\u00f4pital de visite Vanguard offrira une capacit\u00e9 suppl\u00e9mentaire pour les actes d&#039;ophtalmologie, \u00e0 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mse.nhs.uk\/basildon-university-hospital\/\">H\u00f4pital universitaire de Basildon<\/a> un <a href=\"\/fr_fr\/facilities\/operating-theatres\/\">th\u00e9\u00e2tre \u00e0 flux laminaire mobile<\/a> soutiendra l&#039;orthop\u00e9die et \u00e0 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mse.nhs.uk\/southend-hospital\/\">H\u00f4pital de Southend<\/a> une salle mobile sera utilis\u00e9e pour la chirurgie g\u00e9n\u00e9rale. Outre les proc\u00e9dures ophtalmologiques standard, l&#039;unit\u00e9 de Broomfield accueillera \u00e9galement des op\u00e9rations ophtalmologiques plus complexes.<\/p>\n<p>Vanguard apportera \u00e9galement son soutien en mettant \u00e0 disposition une \u00e9quipe de 16 personnes r\u00e9parties dans les trois solutions. Les trois unit\u00e9s fonctionneront au moins cinq jours par semaine, Basildon devant fonctionner sept jours par semaine.<\/p>\n<p>Les solutions Vanguard utilis\u00e9es par le Trust offrent des environnements cliniques de haute qualit\u00e9, r\u00e9volutionnaires et innovants. Ils peuvent \u00eatre d\u00e9ploy\u00e9s compl\u00e8tement s\u00e9par\u00e9ment de l\u2019h\u00f4pital ou reli\u00e9s de mani\u00e8re transparente selon les besoins.<\/p>\n<p>Les h\u00f4pitaux de visite comprennent un <a href=\"\/fr_fr\/facilities\/operating-theatres\/\">salle d&#039;op\u00e9ration<\/a> et <a href=\"\/fr_fr\/facilities\/ward-solutions\/\">salle<\/a>, permettant un parcours patient complet ind\u00e9pendant du parc hospitalier. Ils comprennent une salle d&#039;anesth\u00e9sie, une salle d&#039;op\u00e9ration et une salle de r\u00e9veil de premi\u00e8re \u00e9tape, des zones de r\u00e9ception\/poste infirmier, de l&#039;air ambiant filtr\u00e9 par HEPA et des zones techniques.
