Zuletzt hat BRE mit uns zusammengearbeitet, um thermische Modellierung, W\u00e4rme\u00fcbertragung und Feuchtigkeitsbewertungen f\u00fcr die <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vanguardhealthcare.co.uk\/de_de\/nuffield-health-tees-hospital-and-vanguard-begin-the-construction-of-two-new-operating-theatres-to-help-nhs-and-private-patients\/#:~:text=Nuffield%20Health%20Tees%20Hospital%20has,impact%20for%20the%20hospital's%20neighbours.\">Nuffield Health Tees Krankenhaus<\/a> modulares Bauprojekt, um die Einsparung von Kraftstoff und Strom zur Einhaltung der Bauvorschriften zu beurteilen.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Wie Vanguard und BRE harmonisch zusammenarbeiten<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Vanguard Healthcare Solutions leitet den Bau von zwei neuen Operationss\u00e4len in einem zweist\u00f6ckigen, eigens errichteten Anbau am Nuffield Health Tees Hospital, das Teil der gr\u00f6\u00dferen Wohlt\u00e4tigkeitsorganisation Nuffield Health ist. Dies wird die beiden bestehenden Operationss\u00e4le des Krankenhauses ersetzen, die 43 Jahre alt sind, und ist f\u00fcr die NHS- und privat zahlenden Patienten der \u00f6rtlichen Gemeinde von entscheidender Bedeutung. Die neuen S\u00e4le werden unter Verwendung moderner Baumethoden errichtet und sind modulare Geb\u00e4ude, w\u00e4hrend der Gro\u00dfteil der Bauarbeiten au\u00dferhalb des Gel\u00e4ndes durchgef\u00fchrt wird, um die St\u00f6rungen f\u00fcr die Nachbarn des Krankenhauses zu verringern. Dar\u00fcber hinaus werden durch das Projekt mehr Parkpl\u00e4tze auf dem Krankenhausgel\u00e4nde in Stockton-on-Tees geschaffen, um den \u00dcberlauf zu bew\u00e4ltigen.<\/p>\n<p>Um die Bauvorschriften einzuhalten, griffen die Berater f\u00fcr thermische Modellierung bei BRE auf unsere Entw\u00fcrfe zu, um deren W\u00e4rmeleistung bei typischen W\u00e4rmeschwankungen innerhalb des Geb\u00e4udes zu bewerten. Dazu verwendeten sie eine Software, um Simulationen der W\u00e4rme\u00fcbertragung von innen nach au\u00dfen durchzuf\u00fchren und diese dann mit den festgelegten Richtlinien und Vorschriften zu vergleichen.<\/p>\n<p>Konkret bewertete BRE:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Kondensationsgefahr<\/li>\n<li>Wie gut das Geb\u00e4ude isoliert ist<\/li>\n<li>M\u00f6gliche thermische Byp\u00e4sse, bei denen W\u00e4rme entweichen k\u00f6nnte (durch Metallstrukturen)<\/li>\n<li>Luftr\u00e4ume zur Bel\u00fcftung, auch unter dem Boden<\/li>\n<li>Gesamter potenzieller W\u00e4rmeverlust des Geb\u00e4udes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>BRE schenkte den Bereichen des Geb\u00e4udes, die das h\u00f6chste Risiko aufweisen und einen W\u00e4rmeverlust verursachen k\u00f6nnen, besondere Aufmerksamkeit, wie zum Beispiel:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Die verwendeten Isolierungsarten<\/li>\n<li>Metallkomponenten, die die inneren und \u00e4u\u00dferen Teile der Konstruktion verbinden k\u00f6nnen<\/li>\n<li>Die Metallkomponenten, die zu den Fundamenten f\u00fchren \u2013 wo W\u00e4rme in den Boden verloren gehen kann<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Warum das wichtig ist<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Die britische Regierung hat sich dazu verpflichtet, den Energieverbrauch von Geb\u00e4uden zu senken. Daher haben wir eng mit BRE zusammengearbeitet, um, wo m\u00f6glich, zus\u00e4tzliche Isolierung zu verwenden und eine ganzheitliche Betrachtung der gesamten Bausubstanz \u2013 einschlie\u00dflich der W\u00e4nde, Fenster und des Dachs \u2013 vorzunehmen, um zu ermitteln, ob ein erh\u00f6htes Risiko f\u00fcr \u00fcberm\u00e4\u00dfigen W\u00e4rmeverlust besteht.<\/p>\n<p>Der Bericht von BRE verglich die Werte, die wir bei Vanguard in Bezug auf Energieeffizienz durch die Geb\u00e4udestruktur erreichen. Dies entspricht nicht nur den Vorschriften, sondern sorgt auch f\u00fcr Kosteneffizienz f\u00fcr das Nuffield Health Tees Hospital.<\/p>\n<p>W\u00e4hrend des gesamten Bewertungsprozesses stellte Vanguard sicher, dass BRE \u00fcber alle relevanten Informationen verf\u00fcgte, um solide Berechnungen durchf\u00fchren zu k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n<p>Die Arbeiten im Nuffield Health Tees Hospital begannen am 8. Januar<sup>Th<\/sup>, 2024, die Fertigstellung ist f\u00fcr September 2024 geplant.
