{"id":3695,"date":"2020-12-04T09:31:07","date_gmt":"2020-12-04T09:31:07","guid":{"rendered":"\/?p=3695"},"modified":"2020-12-04T09:31:07","modified_gmt":"2020-12-04T09:31:07","slug":"mobile-theatre-complex-to-boost-cataract-surgery-capacity-at-ashford-hospital","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.vanguardhealthcare.co.uk\/de_de\/mobile-theatre-complex-to-boost-cataract-surgery-capacity-at-ashford-hospital\/","title":{"rendered":"Mobiler Operationssaalkomplex erh\u00f6ht Kapazit\u00e4t f\u00fcr Kataraktoperationen im Ashford Hospital"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ashfordstpeters.nhs.uk\/\">Ashford und St. Peter&#039;s Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust<\/a>, der gr\u00f6\u00dfte Anbieter akuter Krankenhausdienste in Surrey, stellte fest, dass sich seit Jahresbeginn Wartelisten f\u00fcr Augenoperationen aufgebaut hatten, und wollte eine vor\u00fcbergehende L\u00f6sung einf\u00fchren, mit der die Wartelisten schnell und sicher abgebaut werden konnten.<\/p>\n<p>Es war wichtig, dass die Operationen ohne Kreuzungspunkte zwischen den Patientenwegen der Station und denen des Hauptkrankenhauses stattfinden konnten. Dies sowie die Tatsache, dass der f\u00fcr Augenoperationen genutzte Operationssaal des Krankenhauses renoviert werden musste, f\u00fchrten zu der Entscheidung, einen v\u00f6llig eigenst\u00e4ndigen Komplex zu errichten.<\/p>\n<p>Die daraus resultierende L\u00f6sung von Vanguard Healthcare Solutions umfasst drei separate Einheiten \u2013 zwei <a href=\"\/de_de\/facilities\/operating-theatres\/\">mobile Laminar-Flow-Theater<\/a> und eine modulare Patientenaufnahme-, Stations- und Personalunterkunft \u2013 die miteinander verbunden ein komplettes Besuchskrankenhaus bilden.<\/p>\n<p>Die Verwendung mehrerer einzelner Einheiten bedeutete, dass die Entwurfsphase des Projekts relativ komplex war. Neben Versorgungsanschl\u00fcssen und anderen praktischen \u00dcberlegungen waren auch effiziente Patientenstr\u00f6me und Patientenkomfort von entscheidender Bedeutung. Ziel war es, das interne Erscheinungsbild einer dauerhafteren Einrichtung zu erreichen.<\/p>\n<p>Die beiden Operationss\u00e4le sind miteinander verbunden und \u00fcber einen eigens daf\u00fcr errichteten Korridor mit der Nebenanlage verbunden, in der sich das Stationsmodul befindet. Dieses besteht aus 6 Bettenpl\u00e4tzen, einem Hauswirtschaftsraum f\u00fcr Schmutz und Sauberkeit, Toiletten, Lagerr\u00e4umen, einem Personalbereich, einer Pflegestation und einem Patientenempfangsbereich. Die Anlage verf\u00fcgt \u00fcber einen eigenen Eingang und Ausgang, der den Patienten Zugang nach drau\u00dfen bietet.<\/p>\n<p>Der tempor\u00e4re Komplex befindet sich auf dem Gel\u00e4nde des Ashford-Krankenhauses, wo die meisten der geplanten ambulanten und orthop\u00e4dischen Operationen des Trusts stattfinden. Das Besuchskrankenhaus ist jedoch in keiner Weise mit dem Krankenhaus verbunden; die Patienten kommen direkt auf die Station und werden nach ihrem Eingriff von dort entlassen. Diese ma\u00dfgeschneiderte L\u00f6sung stellt entscheidend sicher, dass der Komplex \u201egr\u00fcn\u201c oder Covid-frei bleibt.<\/p>\n<p>Das Visitationskrankenhaus wird zun\u00e4chst f\u00fcr einen Zeitraum von sechs Monaten eingerichtet und voraussichtlich an f\u00fcnf Tagen in der Woche genutzt werden. Dadurch kann die Stiftung die Wartelisten f\u00fcr Operationen am Grauen Star und f\u00fcr andere Arten der Augenchirurgie deutlich verk\u00fcrzen.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"\/de_de\/our-team\/simon-squirrell\/\">Simon Squirrell<\/a>, National Sales Manager bei Vanguard Healthcare Solutions, sagte:<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201eWir freuen uns, Ashford &amp; St Peters NHS Foundation Trust mit einer ma\u00dfgeschneiderten L\u00f6sung bei der Bew\u00e4ltigung der steigenden Wartelisten zu unterst\u00fctzen. Das Design und die Gestaltung der Einrichtung veranschaulichen die Flexibilit\u00e4t der L\u00f6sungen von Vanguard und wie einzelne Einheiten kombiniert werden k\u00f6nnen, um eine vollst\u00e4ndig eigenst\u00e4ndige L\u00f6sung zu schaffen, die auf die spezifischen Bed\u00fcrfnisse des Krankenhauses zugeschnitten ist.\u201c<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Stephen Hepworth, Direktor f\u00fcr Planung und Vertragswesen beim Ashford and St Peter&#039;s Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, sagte:<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201eEs ist gro\u00dfartig, dass die neue Anlage in so kurzer Zeit in Betrieb genommen wurde.
