Senest har BRE samarbejdet med os om at sikre termisk modellering, varmeoverf\u00f8rsel og fugtvurderinger for <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vanguardhealthcare.co.uk\/da_dk\/nuffield-health-tees-hospital-and-vanguard-begin-the-construction-of-two-new-operating-theatres-to-help-nhs-and-private-patients\/#:~:text=Nuffield%20Health%20Tees%20Hospital%20has,impact%20for%20the%20hospital's%20neighbours.\">Nuffield Health Tees Hospital<\/a> modulopbygget projekt for at vurdere bevarelsen af br\u00e6ndstof og str\u00f8m for at opfylde byggeforskrifter.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Hvordan Vanguard og BRE fungerer i harmoni<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Vanguard Healthcare Solutions er f\u00f8rende i opf\u00f8relsen af to nye operationsstuer p\u00e5 en to-etagers specialbygget udvidelse p\u00e5 Nuffield Health Tees Hospital, en del af den bredere Nuffield Health velg\u00f8renhed. Dette vil erstatte hospitalets to eksisterende operationsstuer, som er 43 \u00e5r gamle, og er integreret til gavn for NHS og privatbetalende patienter i lokalsamfundet. De nye teatre opf\u00f8res efter moderne byggemetoder og vil v\u00e6re modulbygninger, mens hovedparten af byggeriet udf\u00f8res off-site, hvilket reducerer forstyrrelser for hospitalets naboer. Derudover vil projektet skabe flere parkeringspladser p\u00e5 hospitalspladsen i Stockton-on-Tees for at im\u00f8dekomme overl\u00f8b.<\/p>\n<p>For at im\u00f8dekomme bygningsreglementet fik termiske modelleringskonsulenter hos BRE adgang til vores designs, for at evaluere dens termiske ydeevne under typiske varmevariationer inde fra bygningen ved at bruge software til at k\u00f8re simuleringer af overf\u00f8rsel af varme indefra og udefra og derefter sammenligne den med de fastsatte retningslinjer og forskrifter.<\/p>\n<p>Konkret vurderede BRE:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Risiko for kondens<\/li>\n<li>Hvor godt er bygningen isoleret<\/li>\n<li>Potentielle termiske bypass, hvor varme kan undslippe (gennem metalstrukturer)<\/li>\n<li>Luftrum til ventilation, herunder under gulvet<\/li>\n<li>Samlet potentielt varmetab til bygningen<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>BRE lagde ogs\u00e5 s\u00e6rlig v\u00e6gt p\u00e5 de omr\u00e5der med h\u00f8j risiko i bygningen, der kunne p\u00e5virke varmetabet, s\u00e5som:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>De anvendte typer isolering<\/li>\n<li>Metalkomponenter, der kan forbinde konstruktionens indre og ydre dele<\/li>\n<li>Metalkomponenterne f\u00f8rer til fundamenterne - hvor varme kan g\u00e5 tabt i jorden<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Hvorfor dette betyder noget<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Den britiske regering har en forpligtelse til at reducere energiforbruget i bygninger, hvilket bet\u00f8d, at vi arbejdede t\u00e6t sammen med BRE for at bruge yderligere isolering, hvor det var muligt, og for at tage et holistisk syn p\u00e5 hele bygningens struktur \u2013 inklusive v\u00e6gge, vinduer og tag \u2013 for at afg\u00f8re, om der var \u00f8get risiko for for stort varmetab.<\/p>\n<p>BREs rapport sammenlignede de niveauer, vi hos Vanguard opn\u00e5r med hensyn til energi og effektivitet gennem bygningens struktur. Dette opfylder ikke kun reglerne, men sikrer ogs\u00e5 omkostningseffektivitet for Nuffield Health Tees Hospital.<\/p>\n<p>Gennem hele vurderingsprocessen sikrede Vanguard, at BRE var udstyret med al relevant information til at producere robuste beregninger.<\/p>\n<p>Arbejdet startede p\u00e5 Nuffield Health Tees Hospital den 8. januar<sup>th<\/sup>, 2024, med en forventet f\u00e6rdigg\u00f8relsesdato til september 2024.
