{"id":3869,"date":"2021-07-06T15:27:14","date_gmt":"2021-07-06T15:27:14","guid":{"rendered":"\/?p=3869"},"modified":"2021-07-06T15:27:14","modified_gmt":"2021-07-06T15:27:14","slug":"vanguard-helps-trust-address-patient-waiting-times-in-the-aftermath-of-covid-19","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.vanguardhealthcare.co.uk\/da_dk\/vanguard-helps-trust-address-patient-waiting-times-in-the-aftermath-of-covid-19\/","title":{"rendered":"Vanguard hj\u00e6lper Trust med at h\u00e5ndtere patientens ventetider i k\u00f8lvandet p\u00e5 COVID-19"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Mobile sundhedsl\u00f8sninger hj\u00e6lper en britisk sundhedsfond med at h\u00e5ndtere patientens ventetider i k\u00f8lvandet p\u00e5 COVID-19-pandemien.<\/p>\n<p>I april 2020 fusionerede tre truster til at blive <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mse.nhs.uk\/\">Mid og South Essex NHS Foundation Trust<\/a>, en organisation, hvis gruppe af hospitaler tilbyder et stort udvalg af kliniske tjenester og pleje til en befolkning p\u00e5 over 1,2 millioner mennesker i det centrale og sydlige Essex. F\u00f8r marts 2020 havde disse trusts gennem en r\u00e6kke effektive tiltag form\u00e5et at reducere antallet af personer, der ventede over et \u00e5r p\u00e5 en valgfri procedure, til f\u00e6rre end 200.<\/p>\n<p>Efter fusionen og som f\u00f8lge af COVID-19 og aflysningen af elektive procedurer p\u00e5 tv\u00e6rs af alle hospitalsfonde i den f\u00f8rste periode af lockdown, har den nystiftede Trust oplevet ventetiderne stige igen og havde pr. marts 2021 mere end 8.500 personer som havde ventet p\u00e5 deres procedure i over et \u00e5r.<\/p>\n<p>Mens lempelsen af restriktionerne er begyndt at falde, er dette antal begyndt at falde, men Trust \u00f8nskede at g\u00f8re alt, hvad den kunne, for at \u00f8ge kapaciteten. En del af dette arbejde udf\u00f8res sammen med Vanguard Healthcare Solutions.<\/p>\n<p>Vanguard er Storbritanniens f\u00f8rende medicinske teknologivirksomhed og leverer en bred vifte af mobile og modul\u00e6re l\u00f8sninger til sundhedsudbydere for at hj\u00e6lpe dem med at \u00f8ge kapaciteten til at yde vigtig patientpleje.<\/p>\n<p>I en indledende periode p\u00e5 seks m\u00e5neder vil Vanguard levere tre forskellige mobile l\u00f8sninger p\u00e5 tre af fondens hospitaler, der underst\u00f8tter forskellige discipliner. P\u00e5 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mse.nhs.uk\/broomfield-hospital\/\">Broomfield Hospital<\/a> et Vanguard bes\u00f8gshospital vil give yderligere kapacitet til oftalmologiske procedurer, kl <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mse.nhs.uk\/basildon-university-hospital\/\">Basildon Universitetshospital<\/a> -en <a href=\"\/da_dk\/facilities\/operating-theatres\/\">mobilt laminar flow teater<\/a> vil st\u00f8tte ortop\u00e6di og kl <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mse.nhs.uk\/southend-hospital\/\">Southend Hospital<\/a> et mobilt teater vil blive brugt til generel kirurgi. Ud over standard oftalmologiske procedurer vil enheden p\u00e5 Broomfield ogs\u00e5 v\u00e6re v\u00e6rt for mere komplekse oftalmologiske operationer.<\/p>\n<p>Vanguard vil ogs\u00e5 st\u00f8tte gennem levering af et team p\u00e5 16 medarbejdere p\u00e5 tv\u00e6rs af de tre l\u00f8sninger. Alle tre enheder vil k\u00f8re mindst fem dage om ugen, hvor Basildon forventes at k\u00f8re syv dage om ugen.<\/p>\n<p>Vanguard-l\u00f8sningerne, der bruges af Trust, giver kliniske milj\u00f8er af h\u00f8j kvalitet, som er banebrydende og innovative. De kan installeres helt adskilt fra hospitalet eller kobles s\u00f8ml\u00f8st sammen efter behov.<\/p>\n<p>Bes\u00f8g p\u00e5 hospitaler omfatter en <a href=\"\/da_dk\/facilities\/operating-theatres\/\">operationsstue<\/a> og <a href=\"\/da_dk\/facilities\/ward-solutions\/\">afdeling<\/a>, hvilket giver mulighed for et komplet patientforl\u00f8b uafh\u00e6ngigt af hospitalets ejendom.
