Er bod yr adroddiad yn dod i&#039;r casgliad y gall yr ysbytai hyn barhau i weithredu yn y tymor byr i ganolig trwy liniaru ac adfer parhaus, mae&#039;n amlwg bod RAAC yn ddeunydd sydd wedi dod i ben ei oes a bod disodli adeiladau yr effeithiwyd arnynt yn y tymor hir yn anochel.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mae&#039;r asesiad yn tynnu sylw at y ffaith, hyd yn oed gyda mesurau lliniaru sylweddol ar waith, fod risg weddilliol yn parhau mewn ardaloedd lle nad oes modd cyrraedd elfennau RAAC. Mae&#039;n ofynnol i ymddiriedolaethau gydbwyso rheoli risg strwythurol \u00e2 darparu gofal diogel o ansawdd uchel yn barhaus, yn aml dros amserlenni estynedig.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dyma lle mae cynllunio gofalus a hyblyg yn dod yn hanfodol. Gall cyfleusterau gofal iechyd dros dro a throsiannol chwarae rhan werthfawr wrth gefnogi sefydliadau&#039;r GIG yn ystod cyfnodau o adferiad, adnewyddu neu ailddatblygu graddol.
