Yn fwyaf diweddar, mae BRE wedi gweithio gyda ni i sicrhau modelu thermol, trosglwyddo gwres ac asesiadau lleithder ar gyfer y <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vanguardhealthcare.co.uk\/cy_gb-wls\/nuffield-health-tees-hospital-and-vanguard-begin-the-construction-of-two-new-operating-theatres-to-help-nhs-and-private-patients\/#:~:text=Nuffield%20Health%20Tees%20Hospital%20has,impact%20for%20the%20hospital's%20neighbours.\">Ysbyty Tees Iechyd Nuffield<\/a> prosiect adeiladu modiwlaidd i asesu cadwraeth tanwydd a ph\u0175er i fodloni rheoliadau adeiladu.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Sut mae Vanguard a BRE yn gweithio mewn cytgord<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Mae Vanguard Healthcare Solutions yn arwain y gwaith o adeiladu dwy theatr llawdriniaethau newydd ar estyniad dwy stori pwrpasol yn Ysbyty Tees Iechyd Nuffield, sy&#039;n rhan o elusen ehangach Nuffield Health. Bydd hyn yn disodli dwy theatr lawdriniaeth bresennol yr ysbyty, sy&#039;n 43 oed, ac sy&#039;n hanfodol er budd cleifion y GIG a chleifion sy&#039;n talu&#039;n breifat yn y gymuned leol. Mae&#039;r theatrau newydd yn cael eu hadeiladu gan ddefnyddio dulliau adeiladu modern a byddant yn adeiladau modiwlaidd, tra bod y rhan fwyaf o&#039;r gwaith adeiladu yn cael ei wneud oddi ar y safle, gan leihau&#039;r aflonyddwch i gymdogion yr ysbyty. Yn ogystal, bydd y prosiect yn creu mwy o leoedd parcio ar safle&#039;r ysbyty yn Stockton-on-Tees i ymdopi \u00e2&#039;r gorlif.<\/p>\n<p>Er mwyn bodloni rheoliadau adeiladu, aeth ymgynghorwyr modelu thermol yn BRE at ein dyluniadau, i werthuso ei berfformiad thermol o dan amrywiadau gwres nodweddiadol o\u2019r tu mewn i\u2019r adeilad drwy ddefnyddio meddalwedd i redeg efelychiadau ar drosglwyddo gwres o\u2019r tu mewn, i\u2019r tu allan, ac yna cymharu hynny yn erbyn y canllawiau a\u2019r rheoliadau gosodedig.<\/p>\n<p>Yn benodol, asesodd BRE:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Risgiau anwedd<\/li>\n<li>Pa mor dda y mae&#039;r adeilad wedi&#039;i inswleiddio<\/li>\n<li>Ffyrdd osgoi thermol posibl lle gallai gwres ddianc (trwy strwythurau metel)<\/li>\n<li>Mannau awyr ar gyfer awyru, gan gynnwys o dan y llawr<\/li>\n<li>Posibilrwydd cyffredinol o golli gwres i&#039;r adeilad<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Rhoddodd BRE sylw arbennig hefyd i feysydd risg uchaf yr adeilad a allai effeithio ar golli gwres, megis:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Y mathau o inswleiddio a ddefnyddir<\/li>\n<li>Cydrannau metel a all gysylltu rhannau mewnol ac allanol y gwaith adeiladu<\/li>\n<li>Y cydrannau metel sy&#039;n arwain at y sylfeini - lle gall gwres gael ei golli i&#039;r ddaear<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Pam mae hyn yn bwysig<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Mae gan lywodraeth y DU ymrwymiad i leihau\u2019r defnydd o ynni mewn adeiladau, sy\u2019n golygu ein bod yn gweithio\u2019n agos gyda BRE i ddefnyddio inswleiddio ychwanegol lle bo hynny\u2019n ymarferol, ac i gymryd golwg gyfannol o ffabrig cyfan yr adeilad \u2013 gan gynnwys y waliau, ffenestri, a to \u2013 i benderfynu a oedd risg uwch o golli gwres yn ormodol.<\/p>\n<p>Roedd adroddiad BRE yn cymharu\u2019r lefelau rydym ni yn Vanguard yn eu cyflawni o ran ynni ac effeithlonrwydd drwy ffabrig yr adeilad. Mae hyn nid yn unig yn bodloni rheoliadau, ond mae hefyd yn sicrhau arbedion cost ar gyfer Ysbyty Tees Iechyd Nuffield.<\/p>\n<p>Drwy gydol y broses asesu, sicrhaodd Vanguard fod gan BRE yr holl wybodaeth berthnasol i gynhyrchu cyfrifiadau cadarn.<\/p>\n<p>Dechreuodd y gwaith yn Ysbyty Tees Iechyd Nuffield ar Ionawr 8<sup>ed<\/sup>, 2024, a rhagwelir dyddiad cwblhau ar gyfer mis Medi 2024.
