Mae\u2019r defnydd o seilwaith dros dro, megis wardiau symudol, endosgopi a theatrau, wedi\u2019i gymeradwyo fel ffordd ymarferol a chost-effeithiol o gefnogi capasiti ychwanegol yn y theatr a gwasanaethau cleifion mewnol.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBydd ein digwyddiad yn edrych ar sut y gall yr atebion dros dro hyn helpu Byrddau\u2019r GIG yn yr Alban i ddiwallu eu hanghenion capasiti yn y dyfodol.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Gwahoddir unigolion sy&#039;n gweithio mewn ysbytai ledled y DU mewn rolau clinigol, rheoli neu ystadau i ymuno \u00e2 Vanguard yng Ngwesty Cynhadledd y Golden Jubilee yn Glasgow ddydd Gwener 22 Chwefror<sup>dd<\/sup> 2019 rhwng 10.30am a 2pm.<\/p>\n<p>Bydd siaradwyr yn y digwyddiad rhad ac am ddim i fynychu yn cyflwyno strategaethau seilwaith hyblyg y gellir eu defnyddio ledled yr Alban ac yn rhoi cyfle i gynrychiolwyr glywed am ddatrysiad profedig sydd eisoes yn gweithio yn yr Alban, gan y gweithwyr proffesiynol sy&#039;n ei ddefnyddio bob dydd.<\/p>\n<p>Mae cyfle hefyd i fynd ar daith o gwmpas datrysiad symudol gweithredol, llawn offer sy&#039;n bodoli eisoes yn y Jiwbil\u00ee Aur a chwrdd \u00e2 gweithwyr proffesiynol penodol mewn rolau clinigol, rheoli ac ystadau a all ateb cwestiynau ar y meysydd arbenigedd hynny.
