Seiliwyd y canfyddiadau ar ymchwil helaeth gan gynnwys arolygon a grwpiau ffocws staff.<\/p>\n<p>Mae tair thema allweddol yn sefyll allan ymhlith canfyddiadau&#039;r ymchwil; gyrfa, rheolaeth a diwylliant. Mae bron i 2 filiwn o lawdriniaethau, profion, sesiynau cemotherapi ac ymgynghoriadau GIG wedi&#039;u darparu mewn ysbytai annibynnol ers mis Mawrth, tra bod darparwyr diagnosteg annibynnol hefyd ar gael i&#039;r GIG yn ystod y pandemig.<\/p>\n<p>Gyda\u2019r GIG yn dal i fod dan bwysau dwys a\u2019r angen i drin y niferoedd cynyddol o gleifion sy\u2019n aros am ofal, mae\u2019r sector annibynnol yn gweld gweithio ar y cyd \u00e2\u2019r GIG fel rhywbeth y bydd angen iddo barhau.
