Our active Integrated Governance Policy is designed to support the delivery of a safe and compliant service. We audit this policy and the outcomes are monitored at every level of our organisation. On the rare occasions when things don’t go to plan, we will put them right and utilise the learnings to improve our future services.
A stringent quality process is in place to identify and address any clinical issues. This includes both internal and external audit processes to monitor and check the services provided.
Client and patient satisfaction
We want to know what you think of our service. We collect feedback at regular intervals throughout a contract. We respond to any concerns within 24 hours. Feedback from patients is welcomed and a visitor comments book is available on all units.
