Site & Utilities

Working closely with your Estates team we will advise on the most appropriate site location. Basic site requirements are as follows

Site

• A relatively flat concrete pad/car park/area of hard standing (size dependent on unit)

Electric

• Each theatre incorporates full standby emergency power backup
• 3 phase 125 amp power preferred
• Vanguard provides advice on generator provision

Water

• Requirement – 15mm standard pipe from water supply
• Water softener and water filtration (5 microns)

Drainage

• Flexible pipe into grey water drain
• Drainage to a foul sewer is required when using a mobile recovery ward and combined unit
