Louise Simmonds, HR Manager
Louise Simmonds has spent over 20 years in human resources, working for companies in a range of sectors.
Following training with Arthur Anderson, Louise spent the majority of her career in the engineering sector in a variety of HR managerial roles for companies such as Dowty, Messier Services and Lucas. Louise joined Nuffield Health in 2007 as HR manager for the Diagnostics division, making the switch to Vanguard when it became an independent company in April earlier this year.
