Ian Monaghan is a qualified healthcare manager having spent 26 years in the NHS, with 20 of those years as a hospital administrator/general manager.
Ian has been with Vanguard since its inception, joining Cardinal Healthcare, the forerunner of Vanguard Healthcare Solutions, in April 2001. He has seen the business grow from the first mobile theatre to the most sophisticated fleet of mobile healthcare facilities and has been a key player in the development of the business, particularly in the sales process in his role as Sales Director.
