Business Development Manager, Cinty Yarnell

Cinty Yarnell has spent over eighteen years working in the healthcare sector, with a clinical background having previously qualified as a nurse.

Following on from a role as the Director of Nursing in Ophthalmology at an Independent Ophthalmic Centre in Southport, Cinty moved into the business side of the healthcare industry in 2001 when she worked for the National Ophthalmic Centre in Manchester, before being approached by Netcare in 2004 where she went on to work as a Operations Director for five years. In May 2006 Netcare merged with General Healthcare Group (GHG) who also owned BMI Healthcare (BMI), the largest private acute care hospital provider in the United Kingdom. Cinty remained with GHG as a Project Development Director for two more years before deciding to leave the company and establish her own consultancy in October 2010.

Having worked closely with Vanguard Healthcare in her previous role at Netcare, Cinty joined the company in July 2011 as Business Development Manager on a part time basis, bringing on board her unique approach to the business/clinical and operational side of the business.
